ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the EMEA Senior Business Development & Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in KIBO’s expansion across the region. In this hybrid role, you will combine high-impact outbound prospecting with strategic partner ecosystem management to build a high-quality pipeline across mid-market and enterprise B2B, B2C, and D2C organizations. You are a self-driven builder who can pivot between executing outbound account-based plays and nurturing long-term relationships with integration and implementation partners to fuel regional growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Generate new opportunities independently through researched cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and account-based plays.

Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to execute strategic prospecting plays in priority EMEA accounts.

Lead initial discovery calls to surface business pains and align them with Kibo’s modular solutions.

Recruit, onboard, and enable a robust network of regional technology and implementation partners.

Drive partner-led lead generation programs and represent Kibo at regional industry events and trade shows.

Maintain precision in sales technology tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense to target and track account activity
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

2+ years of experience in sales or business development within a client-facing technology role.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, moving from strategic thinking to tactical execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage at the executive level.
- Technical proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or 6sense.
