With a robust support network and wide range of integrated services, we offer young people opportunities and encourage them to believe in themselves, feel a sense of belonging, and realise their own self-worth.
Kibble is committed to keeping The Promise and expects all staff to contribute to the development and systems that will help deliver this for the benefit of children, young people, families/carers, and colleagues.
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide senior technical leadership across Kibble’s IT estate, with a primary focus on the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft-based cloud and modern workplace services. - Identity, access and device management through Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Windows Autopilot, ensuring strong security and compliance.
- Implement and maintain standardised device provisioning, configuration, update and application deployment processes.
- Oversee information management, document storage, sharing, permissions and lifecycle management across SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Provide architectural oversight and governance for Power Platform solutions, enabling automation, reporting and digital process improvement.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and problems, providing advanced 2nd/3rd line support and technical guidance.
- Ensure the availability, performance and reliability of core IT services across all Kibble locations.
- Support cyber security, patching, backup, disaster recovery and risk mitigation activities in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to IT strategy, annual work planning, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, standards and procedures, and participate in the on-call rota to support critical systems when required.
