Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of IT infrastructure, applications, and processes to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and data management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Develop and oversee quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards across IT operations.
  • Design and execute testing processes to identify potential issues, bugs, and inefficiencies within IT systems.
  • Work closely with software developers and project managers to improve software quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Implement best practices in quality control and monitor adherence across IT projects.
  • Perform risk assessments on IT projects and propose risk mitigation strategies to reduce potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop risk management reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure that IT processes comply with legal requirements.
  • Support the organization in achieving and maintaining compliance certifications (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
  • Analyze and refine IT processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing changes to improve system performance and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing, quality assurance, or a related IT role.
