The Team
The Kia UK Marketing Team lead national campaigns, launch exciting products, shape media strategies, and drive tactical marketing initiatives. We organise high-profile events and manage prestigious sponsorships. We stay ahead with innovative campaigns and through collaboration with our dealer network. We manage and optimize customer interactions.
The Role
Join us as Digital Solutions Specialist and support the Digital & Data Solutions Manager to oversee and optimize customer interactions across various channels, managing AI chat operations, ensuring effective lead distribution, supporting system development including our 3D car configurator, and ensuring compliance with data policies. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experience and improving overall CRM performance.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, acting as a thought partner for the development of digital and data solutions.
- Work closely with the CRM team to advise and support projects with the aim of improving overall CRM performance in Open Rates, CTRs etc.
- Manage and authorise data requests from KUK departments.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems and processes.
Channel-Specific Responsibilities:
Lead Management- Manage third party suppliers to ensure the effective distribution of leads to dealers and van centres.
- Develop and generate reporting on lead management to support dealers, van centres and field teams to improve conversion and performance.
- Manage third party suppliers to ensure the effective operation of Kia Chat.
- Develop and generate reporting on Chat follow up and conversions, supporting dealers, van centres and field teams.
- Support the definition and roll-out of future phases of Kia Chat.
- Support the development and implementation of future customer and data systems, including the development of the Kia website (One Web) and Kia Apps.
- Manage & Support the Showcase content, ensuring it remains always up to date and relevant.
- Creation and maintenance of 360 digital assets & ensuring earliest available reference photos for new vehicles/derivatives.
- Assist with enhancing Dealer & Customer usage.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of usage, downtime, troubleshooting, etc.
- Manage the KUK customer database (currently Siebel) including all extracts and data flows.
- Play a key role in the continued development of the database, including proposed transition to Salesforce.
- Ensure KUK policies are adhered to and updated in line with latest legislation in respect of data storage, use and retention/deletion.
- Work with third parties and business partners to ensure compliance and best practice in respect of data storage and handling.
About You
Education: Educated to degree or equivalent level preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a digital strategy and/or project management role. Experience of CRM system development and integrations. Automotive experience beneficial.

Location/Travel
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5-minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
