The Role
- Manage Kia UK’s van sales performance by model and channel, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and manage a separate Fleet Matrix, supporting van terms, and ensuring effective communication, reporting, and control of incentive spend. Conduct reviews of dealer margin and incentive programs during the setup phase to support launch strategies.
- Build relationships with major fleets, key customers, and operators in the van market to generate sales and revenue, establishing partnerships with conversion companies and specialists.
- Work with Kia UK Dealer Development to set up, communicate, and manage standards, systems, and processes for Kia Van Centres, leading cross-functional projects during the start-up phase.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish marketing plans, activities, and after-sales support for key customers.
- Act as Kia UK’s van market and sales expert, interfacing with Europe Fleet and PBV teams.
- Represent Kia UK at events and shows, building reputation and relationships with dealer partners for Van Centres.
About You
- Educated to degree or equivalent level.
- Knowledge of UK Commercial Vehicle Market and Dealer Operations.
- Understanding of business finance packages.
- Numerate, literate, and a strong negotiator.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter, motivated, capable of leading start-up projects independently.
- Proficient in project and stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations.
