The Role
The Network Development Business Analyst provides support to the Network Development team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long-term growth of the business. Responsibilities include:
- Actively engaging in ongoing projects and supporting them with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
- Joining in and contributing to cross functional project teams.
- Completing project documentation and reports.
- Collecting, managing, and presenting key data for improvement activities.
- Identifying and suggesting opportunities for business improvement.
- Working with other departments to achieve objectives and develop learning and skill set.
The Team
The Network Development team is a key link between Kia UK and its network of 190 franchised Dealers. The main activities of the team include managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, as well as monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability and Customer Experience to achieve wider business objectives.

The Location
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5 minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports. There is step‑free access throughout the building, but please let us know if you require any additional accessibility support.
