As a senior EUC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and evolving the full lifecycle of our end user devices, ensuring that our laptop, mobile, and collaboration tools are secure, performant, and aligned with our business objectives. This is a handsâon role requiring a balance of technical depth, user empathy, and operational oversight.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full lifecycle of EUC assets, including procurement, provisioning, refresh, and secure disposal.
- Lead 2nd/3rd line support for EUC technologies, mentoring service desk teams and improving technical capability.
- Administer Intune and drive endpoint compliance, security baselines, and MDM/MAM strategy.
- Oversee application packaging, patching cycles, and device performance monitoring.
- Own meeting room and collaboration tech, supporting AV infrastructure and inâoffice events.
- Champion documentation, automation, and operational excellence across EUC services.
- Support Ki's IT transformation, helping shape our independent digital estate and internal best practice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an EUC, desktop support, or endpoint management role.
- Handsâon expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security policies.
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience with hardware provisioning, asset tracking, and device refresh cycles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple stakeholder types; for example suppliers, customers and our technical colleagues.
- Clear communicator with the ability to document and present technical information effectively.
- Experience supporting organisations through transformation, demerger, or platform migrations.
- Basic PowerShell scripting or automation skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Freshservice or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and configuration/asset management principles (certification a plus).
