- Develop and approve architectural designs within the Microsoft 365 suite to meet diverse business needs.
- Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, including permission assignments, user management, and system configurations.
- OneDrive and SharePoint Management: Maintain and optimize the OneDrive and SharePoint estates, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Automation: Automate routine tasks using tools like PowerShell and Terraform to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Project Management: Lead small projects to improve the Microsoft 365 estate or create environments for mid/back-office systems.
- Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to support the deployment and integration of SaaS solutions hosted on GCP or Azure.
- Implement and manage security policies and compliance measures within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide 3rd line support for Microsoft 365 issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support for Microsoft 365 services.
- Drive user adoption of Microsoft 365 tools through training sessions, workshops, and user guides.
