Ki is a global algorithmic insurance carrier that uses AI to disrupt the traditional insurance market. The company is fast growing and has partnered with Google and UCL to provide brokers with instant quotes.
You will join the People Team and gain hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of HR activities, including Reward, People Operations, Learning & Development, and People Analytics. You’ll use data and technology to improve colleague experience and support business decision‑making while developing technical skills through a Level 3 Data Citizen Apprenticeship.
What you’ll be doing:
- People Data & Systems: Maintain accurate employee information, build reports and dashboards, and learn how data informs business decisions.
- Reward & Benefits: Contribute to cyclical activities while handling employee data accurately and confidentially.
- People Operations: Support employee processes, respond to queries, and assist with onboarding, payroll and other administration activities.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate learning activities, maintain training records, and support employee development initiatives.

To qualify for this role, you'll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old on 1 September 2026.
- Have a minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9–4 (A*–C), including English and Maths.
- Have three A‑Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above. Predicted grades are acceptable but offers will be conditional on successful achievement of those grades.
- Not already hold a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship.
