What you’ll be doing
You’ll take the lead on regulatory reporting across the business, making sure submissions are accurate, timely and stand up to scrutiny. Working closely with Finance, Risk and wider stakeholders, you’ll translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, workable reporting processes that support the business and our regulators.
You’ll own the end to end delivery of regulatory returns, reviewing outputs, resolving issues and continually improving how reporting is produced. As a senior leader in the team, you’ll provide direction and coaching to colleagues, building capability and confidence while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Alongside this, you’ll stay close to regulatory change, assessing impact, advising the business and shaping responses so we’re always prepared. You’ll also play a key role in projects and change initiatives, ensuring regulatory reporting considerations are embedded from the outset.
