What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll support our Reserving Managers with the development and continuous improvement of the Group's reserving process, helping to ensure our models are efficient, well documented and add real value.
  • You’ll investigate opportunities to produce stronger insights, then help design, build and test practical improvements to our processes and models.
  • You’ll undertake reserving analysis for allocated business segments, using appropriate techniques to calculate best estimate reserves and currency allocations.
  • Working with actuaries, analysts and colleagues across the Group, you’ll help deliver efficient and robust quarterly reserve reviews.
  • You’ll also document and present clear results, key insights, recommendations, uncertainties and limitations for stakeholders, including the Reserving Committee.
