What you’ll be doing:
As part of the HR team, you’ll focus on candidate attraction methods, sourcing, and selection of the best talent for Brit. Working with the wider HR team to make Brit an employer of choice with inclusion at the centre of processes. You’ll also help implement optimal hiring practices and processes, and challenge these regularly, to ensure that we recruit top talent and give the best candidate experience.
You’ll work with management in agreeing job and person specifications and to gain an appropriate understanding of the role to help guide the business on appropriate search criteria. You’ll use your insurance market insights to provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to hiring managers, to ensure a robust recruitment process is carried out. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in reporting and provide accurate and meaningful management information relating to recruitment and selection. On top of this, you’ll report on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to senior leadership on recruitment activity and project updates.
