What you’ll be doing
As a QA Engineer at Brit, you’ll be instrumental in driving our quality engineering practices within your squad. This role will focus on hands-on automation, developing and maintaining automated test suites across our full stack. The expertise you’ve gained in automation frameworks and tools will ensure comprehensive test coverage throughout the SDLC.
While automation will be a key aspect of this role, you’ll also participate in exploratory testing efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to uphold the highest standards of quality at every layer of our software stack. Your collaboration with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders will be essential in advocating for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
With a keen eye for optimization and efficiency, you’ll identify opportunities to streamline testing processes and enhance overall quality assurance practices. Your commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies will support continuous improvement within the Quality Engineering Centre of Excellence and contribute to the ongoing success of Brit as we strive to deliver exceptional software solutions to the business.

We are located in the Leadenhall Building on Leadenhall Street (EC3V 4AB) and are situated on floors 16 – 18, and 39. All of our floors are accessible by lift, and there are building staff on hand to point you in the right direction. The closest train / underground / DLR links are: Liverpool Street Station (7 mins), Bank Station (6 mins), Fenchurch Street Station (6 mins), Aldgate Station (7 mins).
