We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager.

Purpose of the Job: As a Product Delivery Manager, you are responsible for ensuring products and services are seamlessly delivered to your customers. This will include leading and managing the delivery of the product development teams, tracking product development team velocity, tracking product acceptance criteria, managing resourcing, project reporting, managing budgets, and monitoring progress, among other things.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivery management:
  • Oversee and ensure delivery against our roadmap.
  • Facilitate workshops and ceremonies such as standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
  • Support your team to co-ordinate and deliver in a fast and evolving environment.
  • Assist the team in defining and achieving their goals.
  • Assist the team in early and continuous delivery of valuable software.
  • Actively address internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Report and communicate fluently on all aspects of work.
  • Up and down stream change management.
  • Translate estimates into roadmap and delivery plan.
  • Deliver and manage go-live.
  • Support product planning across all workstreams and product delivery ways of working management.
  • Report and communicate fluently on all aspects of work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and in public forum.
  • Engage business stakeholders:
    • Build stakeholder relationships.
    • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged at all times and to a useful level of detail.
    • Report on and communicate product delivery and discovery.
  • Epic definition:
    • Work with product teams to break down epic and feature roadmap with the development team into something that is understandable and deliverable within a product delivery framework.
  • Lead squad:
    • Lead a squad, influencing without authority to drive positive product goals.
  • Manage the team’s backlog:
    • Support the release roadmap and backlog for your domain.
    • Identify cross workstream dependencies to support priority of work required.
    • Develop relevant documentation for governance committees to have a clear understanding of product and execution priorities and any issues, bugs, or otherwise.
