  • You’ll support one or more squads where needed, facilitating planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives while helping teams strengthen ownership and accountability.
  • You’ll identify and help remove impediments, improve flow and resolve bottlenecks, while supporting cross‑team planning, dependency management, backlog quality, estimation and forecasting.
  • You’ll also partner with the Head of Agile to evolve practical ways of working, planning approaches, tooling, processes and metrics at team and scaled levels.
  • Using delivery data, feedback and team insight, you’ll identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, predictability and outcomes.
  • You’ll mentor Scrum Masters, guide teams and leaders in Agile principles and behaviours, and help people navigate ambiguity and make informed trade‑offs.
  • You’ll also support an Agile Community of Practice, creating workshops, training and learning materials that build capability and encourage consistent, pragmatic ways of working across Brit.
