What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide professional and comprehensive operational support to assist the onshore interface between underwriters and the service provider in respect of all technical processing activities.

You’ll monitor and control queries, seeking advice where required, as well as support the pre-underwriting process as directed by the Underwriting Operations team. You will support the peer review process to ensure completeness and accuracy of data entry records and assist with the data capture process by helping different underwriting teams depending on business priorities.

You’ll assist with the maintenance of underwriting records and ensure the quality of entries into Eclipse and other systems as appropriate. Additionally, you will establish and maintain knowledge of internal controls and all procedures relating to underwriting data capture.

You’ll hold good overall educational passes and have experience of working within a commercial environment, ideally within Insurance, while demonstrating excellent numeric, analytical, and written skills combined with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with fluency in English.
