What you\โll be doing
You\โll be joining our Risk Aggregation team as a Manager (Research & Development), where you\โll play a key role in shaping Brit\โs understanding of catastrophe risk and how we use technology to support our commercial operations.
Working closely with our Head of Risk Aggregation and other members of the Research & Development team, you\โll help drive forward our Brit View of Risk ensuring it reflects the latest science, including developments related to climate change.
You\โll contribute to the development and implementation of tools and analytics that support best-in-class risk aggregation processes across the business. This includes collaborating with colleagues in Capital Modelling, Actuarial and ERM to enhance our understanding of risk, as well as providing expert input into wider Risk & Actuarial projects.
You\โll also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders such as our Technology & Data teams and external partners, including model vendors, regulators and brokers. Whether you\โre refining our catastrophe modelling approach or supporting the professional development of the wider team, your work will help ensure Brit remains at the forefront of risk insight and innovation.
