What you’ll be doing
- You’ll take the lead on regulatory reporting across the business, making sure submissions are accurate, timely and stand up to scrutiny.
- Working closely with Finance, Risk and wider stakeholders, you’ll translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, workable reporting processes that support the business and our regulators.
- You’ll own the end to end delivery of regulatory returns, reviewing outputs, resolving issues and continually improving how reporting is produced.
- As a senior leader in the team, you’ll provide direction and coaching to colleagues, building capability and confidence while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Alongside this, you’ll stay close to regulatory change, assessing impact, advising the business and shaping responses so we’re always prepared.
- You’ll also play a key role in projects and change initiatives, ensuring regulatory reporting considerations are embedded from the outset.
