As a Lead Product Manager, you'll shape the products and platforms that help Brit make smarter use of data across the business. You'll work closely with the Head of Product to develop and drive the roadmap for our data products, making sure the team is focused on the right outcomes and that every decision is grounded in user need, business value and measurable impact.
You’ll be at the heart of product discovery and delivery, helping squads understand why we are building something, what problem it solves and how success will be measured. That means bringing together insight from stakeholders, users and data, translating it into clear features and user stories, and keeping the backlog focused on work that supports Brit's wider ambitions for digital, innovation, growth and efficiency.
You’ll also build strong relationships across the business, keeping stakeholders engaged and championing the adoption of data products once they land. As a people leader, you'll guide Data Product Owners, Product Managers and squad members, creating an environment where the team can learn quickly, improve how it delivers and do brilliant work that helps Brit continue to face the future with confidence.
