As Head of Agile, you’ll be accountable for enabling predictable, transparent, and efficient delivery across all Technology Delivery domains at Brit. In this role, you’ll ensure that agile delivery practices are consistently applied, teams are empowered and outcome‑focused, and delivery flow is measured and continuously improved. Working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Programme Delivery leads, you’ll drive disciplined execution, alignment to business objectives, and the removal of delivery impediments across multiple domains and teams.
