What you’ll be doing

Brit is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Adviser to join its dynamic Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR Director, this role delivers comprehensive generalist support across employee relations, contract and documentation preparation and policy compliance. You’ll be a trusted resource for managers and employees alike, providing confidential guidance and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.

You’ll support employee relations matters, advise on UK employment law, coordinate parent leave processes, and assist line managers with performance, grievance, and disciplinary issues. You\’ll also play a key role in onboarding processes, conducting employee screenings, and ensuring smooth system integration for new joiners. Your work will contribute to key HR projects and continuous improvements in process and policy.

We\’re looking for someone with solid HR experience who can juggle multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively across teams. From managing exit interviews and maintaining accurate HR data to delivering induction sessions and supporting regulatory compliance, you\’ll help shape a responsive and forward-thinking HR function.
