What you’ll be doing

  1. You’ll partner with the Head of ESG to deliver and enhance Brit’s ESG strategy.
  2. You’ll be the go-to person for ESG and sustainability advice, coordinating with key stakeholders, advising underwriters on ESG positions to improve our portfolios and reduce emissions.
  3. You’ll support our ESG steering group to drive sustainability initiatives and help progress and refine our ESG strategy based on evolving standards and regulations.
  4. Communicating our ESG performance and progress, focusing on sustainability reporting, will be key.
  5. You’ll work with various business units to drive ESG initiatives and achieve our goals.
  6. Playing a key role in developing our annual ClimateWise report and year-end sustainability reporting will be essential.
  7. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise them on sustainability issues.
  8. Monitoring changes in the sustainability landscape and adapting our approach accordingly will be part of your responsibilities.
  9. You’ll also support the creation of ESG-related policies, processes, and guidelines.

We’re located in the Leadenhall Building on Leadenhall Street (EC3V 4AB) and are situated on floors 16 – 18, and 39.
