What you’ll be doing
- You’ll partner with the Head of ESG to deliver and enhance Brit’s ESG strategy.
- You’ll be the go-to person for ESG and sustainability advice, coordinating with key stakeholders, advising underwriters on ESG positions to improve our portfolios and reduce emissions.
- You’ll support our ESG steering group to drive sustainability initiatives and help progress and refine our ESG strategy based on evolving standards and regulations.
- Communicating our ESG performance and progress, focusing on sustainability reporting, will be key.
- You’ll work with various business units to drive ESG initiatives and achieve our goals.
- Playing a key role in developing our annual ClimateWise report and year-end sustainability reporting will be essential.
- You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise them on sustainability issues.
- Monitoring changes in the sustainability landscape and adapting our approach accordingly will be part of your responsibilities.
- You’ll also support the creation of ESG-related policies, processes, and guidelines.
