As a senior member of the team, you’ll support the junior members, resolving any queries or issues and escalating any developing needs to the Claims Manager. In this role you’ll apply strategic thinking to negotiate settlements and provide in-depth and expert advice to customers and brokers. Your decisions will shape claims processes and support the delivery of team and business objectives.
