We are KHWS, an insight-led marketing agency based in the City of London close to Blackfriars Bridge. We are a bright and hardworking group of professionals working as a tight knit team, covering strategy, creative, customer experience and digital delivery.
Are you a Junior Artworker looking to expand your experience in a small agency, working on a range of creative briefs? We are looking for someone keen to gain insight and experience across the full creative process, supporting the team with Artwork and studio support, working directly with the Creative Director and Head of Studio to move projects through the Creative process to full delivery. We are a reputable independent behavioural-led marketing agency seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team.
This role supports the studio through all stages of the creative process. This will involve triaging briefs as they come in from the client servicing team, delivering direct artwork on these briefs where relevant, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations across the studio. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence across both digital and print formats, as well as someone capable of juggling multiple tasks at one, whilst maintaining organisation and delivery standards.
You will help manage briefs, schedule resources, track progress, and keep work on time and on track, whilst building your technical capability and confidence as an artworker.
Responsibilities:- Artwork Delivery
- Produce accurate artwork across digital and print formats
- Amend and adapt existing assets efficiently and correctly
- Support larger design and campaign projects under direction from senior team members
- Prepare files for delivery, including exports, packaging, and print-ready artwork
- Triage & Small Briefs
- Take ownership of small briefs and BAU (business-as-usual) tasks from start to finish
- Manage priorities and turnaround times effectively in a fast-paced studio environment
- Ask the right questions to deliver confidently with minimal back-and-forth
- Resource & Scheduling Support
- Support with daily and weekly scheduling of studio team and freelancers
- Balance workloads and flag capacity risks early
- Help coordinate timings so delivery stays realistic and achievable
- Brief Management
- Ensure briefs are complete, logged, prioritised and clearly understood
- Proactively chase missing information, assets or approvals
- Keep stakeholders aligned on scope, outputs and deadlines
- Workflow Tracking
- Track job progress, dependencies and milestones
- Ensure deadlines are met and risks escalated early
- Help keep jobs moving through the studio without bottlenecks
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point between studio and client/service teams
- Provide clear, accurate status updates internally
- Maintain a calm, helpful and solution-focused approach when priorities shift
