We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence across both digital and print formats, as well as someone capable of juggling multiple tasks at one, whilst maintaining organisation and delivery standards.

You will help manage briefs, schedule resources, track progress, and keep work on time and on track, whilst building your technical capability and confidence as an artworker.

    • Amend and adapt existing assets efficiently and correctly
    • Support larger design and campaign projects under direction from senior team members
    • Prepare files for delivery, including exports, packaging, and print-ready artwork
  • Triage & Small Briefs

    • Manage priorities and turnaround times effectively in a fast-paced studio environment
    • Ask the right questions to deliver confidently with minimal back-and-forth
  • Resource & Scheduling Support
    • Support with daily and weekly scheduling of studio team and freelancers
    • Balance workloads and flag capacity risks early
    • Help coordinate timings so delivery stays realistic and achievable
  • Brief Management

    • Ensure deadlines are met and risks escalated early
    • Help keep jobs moving through the studio without bottlenecks
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Act as a central coordination point between studio and client/service teams
    • Provide clear, accurate status updates internally
    • Maintain a calm, helpful and solution-focused approach when priorities shift
