We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team at KHWS, an independent marketing agency in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid agency experience who is ready to take more ownership across client relationships, project delivery and day-to-day account management. You’ll work closely with senior team members, creatives, strategists and delivery teams to help manage a long-standing global B2B client across a wide range of campaigns and projects. The client is a multinational organisation we’ve partnered with for over 30 years. That history gives us access to multiple areas of their business and creates opportunities to work on varied, meaningful briefs, from strategic development through to market execution, across internal and customer-facing activity, offline and online channels.

About You

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to deliver strong work for our clients while keeping projects moving smoothly from brief through to delivery. You’ll be highly organised, confident with clients and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail. You’ll take an active interest in your client’s business, understanding their objectives, growth plans and wider marketing activity. You’ll be curious about how individual projects contribute to the bigger picture and keen to keep developing your commercial and strategic thinking. You’ll play a central role in coordinating client and internal teams. This includes writing clear briefs, managing work through the creative process, preparing status reports, tracking timelines and budgets, setting expectations and making sure everyone has what they need to deliver great work.

What you'll be doing

  • Building strong relationships: You’ll develop trusted relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners. You’ll understand how to communicate clearly, manage expectations and keep conversations focused and productive.
  • Managing accounts effectively: You’ll support the smooth running of client accounts, helping to deliver work that adds value to the client’s business and strengthens the agency relationship.
  • Delivering marketing work with care: You’ll become increasingly confident across a range of marketing disciplines, building your understanding of how different channels, campaigns and deliverables work together.
  • Thinking commercially: You’ll understand the importance of budgets, scopes, profitability and client value. You’ll support the growth of the account while helping ensure work delivers return for the client.
  • Connecting the dots: You’ll look beyond individual tasks and understand how projects ladder up to wider strategies, campaigns and business objectives.

What success looks like

  • Working smart: You’ll build strong client relationships and develop a clear understanding of their business, projects and objectives. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, briefs and quality with strong attention to detail, while prioritising your workload effectively and looking for ways to improve how things get done. You’ll collaborate confidently across teams, contribute to proposals and support more strategic conversations as your knowledge grows.
  • Looking out for each other: You’ll be a reliable, accountable team member who manages up well and communicates clearly. You’ll support junior colleagues with constructive feedback, help them build confidence and contribute positively to the wider team culture.
  • Being the best you can be: You’ll stay curious about the client, their sector, market trends and the role of creativity and technology in solving business challenges. You’ll form informed opinions, bring energy to the work and represent the agency with professionalism and pride.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience as an Account Manager in an agency environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing briefs, timelines, budgets, and status reporting
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office
  • A genuine interest in marketing and client business challenges
