Tech Nest are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect/professional to join a very high-profile transformation programme with one of our London based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design and governance of the Service Now platform.
- Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards.
- Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional Service Now modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and Sec Ops.
- Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Ensure platform scalability, security and performance.
- Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams.
Essential Skills
- Extensive Service Now architecture experience.
- Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional Service Now modules.
- CMDB and Discovery implementation experience.
- Strong Java Script, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Service Now CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.
