Microsoft 365 Engineer Location Crawley/Croydon Salary 50k – 57k Contract Permanent Overview Khuda Technology is working with a leading Managed Service Provider to find an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a major enterprise client. The role sits within the collaboration and cloud operations team, ensuring the performance, security, and availability of Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and other collaboration platforms. You will be responsible for day-to-day support, automation, infrastructure optimisation, and alignment with business and security objectives. Responsibilities * Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS * Administer Exchange 2010–2019 and Office 365 environments * Manage email gateways and security (Proofpoint, IronPort, EOP) * Monitor mail flow, message tracking, SPF, DKIM, DAG, and patching * Support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook * Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell * Assist with disaster recovery planning and failover strategies * Provide end-user support and participate in a on-call rota Skills * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments * Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS * PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting * Experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, WSUS * VPN/DirectAccess and secure remote access troubleshooting * Hands-on experience with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive If this opportunity sounds of interest and you want to join a fast growing international MSP, Please dont hesitate to apply
