We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Delivery & Relationship Leader to take ownership of several key enterprise accounts across the UK. This is a senior position where you will balance delivery excellence with strong client partnership, ensuring projects run smoothly while helping clients achieve their strategic goals.
You will be the senior face of delivery for your accounts — building trusted relationships, leading governance, resolving escalations, and ensuring the highest levels of service. This role suits someone who enjoys both hands-on leadership and big-picture thinking, with the ability to spot opportunities for improvement and growth.
Responsibilities- Oversee service delivery across key accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and point of escalation.
- Lead regular governance sessions and performance reviews to track progress and identify improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) to align delivery, strategy, and communication.
