Khuda Technology have partnered with a well-established retailer who is looking for an experienced BI analyst. My client is seeking candidates who have extensive experience across Microsoft technology, have worked in FMCG environments, are passionate about Data/Analytics, and possess an advanced understanding of the SQL stack along with Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and interpret complex data to provide insights and recommendations to the business.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and other analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Identify and analyse trends in data to pinpoint potential areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data models, analytics solutions, and other related artifacts.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with data modelling and database design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
