The role at Khuda Technology is partnering with a leading Managed Service Provider to seek a 2nd Line engineer. The engineer will provide expert technical support for cloud‑based Windows infrastructure, focusing on Azure and AWS environments. The candidate will have extensive knowledge and problem‑solving experience with Windows servers 2012/2016/2019, proficiency in Office 365 and on‑premise Exchange, PowerShell scripting, SCOM, SCCM, and strong cloud practice management skills, including virtual server management, NSG management, automation, and familiarity with AVD and VMware.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on technical support for cloud‑based Windows infrastructure, including Azure and AWS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows servers (2012/2016/2019), Office 365, and on‑premise Exchange.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SCOM and SCCM for system monitoring and management.
- Manage virtual servers, NSGs, and implement automation practices in cloud environments.
- Possess desirable certifications in Windows Server and Azure technologies.
- Demonstrate commercial knowledge and experience in delivering services to clients within the full scope of Windows infrastructure.
- Strong presentation skills, technical problem analysis, report/proposal writing, and relationship building are essential.
