Hourly Rate: £13.50ph

Contract: Temporary 1 Month Assignment (potentially longer)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm (4-day week may be considered)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a temporary basis, supporting a busy nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the daily care, development, and learning of children within the setting, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Support the care, learning, and development of children in line with EYFS
  • Assist with daily activities, play sessions, and learning opportunities
  • Work as part of a team to support the smooth running of the nursery
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures
  • Carry out general nursery duties as required

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • The location of this position requires you to have a driver's license and a vehicle.
