Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune is highly desirable.
- An understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP and basic server environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with hands‑on hardware installations and equipment deployment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line IT support via the help desk.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets through to resolution.
- Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Intune environments.
- Provide remote support to end users.
- Assist with desktop builds, imaging, and device deployments.
- Support basic networking, server administration, and security tasks where required.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and inventory records.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working to agreed service levels.
