Overview

Warehouse and Delivery Driver – Staplehurst, Kent. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. This is a dual role with a diverse range of duties, suited to someone who enjoys variety in their working day. KHR are partnering with a bespoke moving and relocation company focused on quality, discretion, and exceptional customer service; they are looking to hire a hands-on Warehouse and Delivery Driver with good geographical knowledge, an external FLT licence and a hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehouse tasks, including forklift work (reach truck), assisting with loading/unloading containers, and tracking items
  • Utilise a warehouse management system for barcoding and stock updates
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Support the Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor with inventory, paperwork, uniform prep, packing materials, and safety checks
  • Assist with local deliveries by operating a 3.5t van
  • Load and unload fragile and heavy goods from the van at customer sites

Candidate Profile

  • Previous hands-on warehouse experience
  • Delivery driving experience using 3.5-tonne vehicles
  • Experience with operating Reach Trucks (external licence required)
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods when required
