Trainee Baker – Paddock Wood, Kent
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours
Are you an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a passion for food who\’s looking to build a long-term career in a professional bakery environment? We are looking for a Trainee Baker to join a growing team in Paddock Wood, Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for baking to develop their skills and learn the craft from experienced bakers in a supportive and hands-on environment.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
– Assisting with the preparation and baking of a wide range of breads and pastries
– Learning bakery processes, including mixing, shaping, proving, and baking
– Supporting the team in maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards
– Helping with stock rotation and ingredient handling
– Working closely with senior bakers to improve technique and speed
