KHR is currently working with a reputable gastropub based in Sevenoaks and is currently on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. This is an important role within the team, which will see you be the face of the establishment and the leader of the team, ensuring customers have a great experience!
This is a varied role and will require someone flexible to run the Front of House and Bar.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
