We are currently recruiting for a National Refrigeration/Air Conditioning business that has been established for over 30 years and boasts an annual turnover exceeding £10 million. The company currently employs approximately 140 staff, including 100 engineers.

Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer capable of working on a wide range of refrigeration equipment, including:

  1. Splits
  2. VRV systems
  3. Walk-in chillers/freezers
  4. Commercial refrigerators
  5. Cellar cooling
  6. Ice machines

The starting salary is £40,800 basic per annum, with regular overtime earning an additional £1,000-2,000+ per month. The role involves an on-call rota, one in every four weeks, covering the BN/DT postcode areas.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is F-Gas certified and holds NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration
  • Has a full driving licence
  • Has previous experience as a Field or Service Engineer in refrigeration
