We are currently recruiting for a National Refrigeration/Air Conditioning business that has been established for over 30 years and boasts an annual turnover exceeding £10 million. The company currently employs approximately 140 staff, including 100 engineers.
Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer capable of working on a wide range of refrigeration equipment, including:
- Splits
- VRV systems
- Walk-in chillers/freezers
- Commercial refrigerators
- Cellar cooling
- Ice machines
The starting salary is £40,800 basic per annum, with regular overtime earning an additional £1,000-2,000+ per month. The role involves an on-call rota, one in every four weeks, covering the BN/DT postcode areas.
The ideal candidate:
- Is F-Gas certified and holds NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration
- Has a full driving licence
- Has previous experience as a Field or Service Engineer in refrigeration
Benefits include:

- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm hours
- Overtime paid at 1.5x evenings and Saturdays, 2x mornings and Sundays
