My client has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist with administration experience to join a friendly team. This is a short-term temp role at £13.84 per hour, Monday to Friday onsite from 8.30am to 5pm.
As well as carrying out general reception duties, you will be required to help out with office duties such as:
- Responding to emails
- Inputting and extracting data
- Scanning and archiving
- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Logging invoices on the system
- Organising the mail
You will need to have good multi-tasking skills. Free parking is available.
