KHR are partnering with an internationally recognised specialist manufacturing company that delivers high-performance engineered systems for complex research and industrial environments. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire a detail-focused Quality Engineer to support this pivotal stage of expansion.

The Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. You will lead root cause analysis, manage non-conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions across both internal processes and supplier/customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate internal and external continuous improvement activities
  • Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and returns (RMA process ownership)
  • Carry out root cause analysis using tools such as 8D and 5 Whys
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
  • Manage quality systems including NCR, ECN, and CAR processes
  • Support inspection activities when required
  • Develop and improve quality strategies aligned to customer and industry requirements
  • Work closely with suppliers to support robust qualification and quality assurance processes
