Immediate start (temp-to-Perm). KHR are currently supporting a well-established electrical manufacturer based in Tunbridge Wells (North Farm) who are looking for a Production Operative to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential of becoming permanent.
As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in the assembly and production of electrical components and systems, working from detailed drawings and written instructions. The role involves both manual and semi-automated processes, requiring good attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout inspection and testing stages. Full training will be provided to meet the company's and industry's quality standards.
Salary: £12.71ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week. Choose from 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 9:00 am-5:00 pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
Location & Travel: Free on-site parking is available for drivers. For those travelling by train, the site is approximately a 25-minute walk from High Brooms Train Station.
