Night Shift Pickers Location: High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells Pay: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm-5:00am (45hpw) Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for multiple Night Shift Pickers to join a busy sorting production line in High Brooms near Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment. The Role Working as part of a team on the picking line, your duties will include: - Working on a fast-paced picking line - Sorting and separating materials - Ensuring materials are correctly identified and processed - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Following health & safety procedures at all times - Working effectively as part of a team About You We are looking for people who are: - Reliable and punctual - Hardworking and physically fit - Must provide your own safety boots - Comfortable working night shifts - Able to work at pace and remain focused - A good team player - Previous warehouse, yard work, production or picking experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
