Financial Controller - 35 hours a week (Flexible start time). Salary: £60-£65k.

Responsibilities
- Assist in Cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Liaise with Bankers and external credit providers when required
- Liaise with credit insurers (overseas only) including declaration of overdue foreign invoices to credit insurers and annual return
- Support the annual budget process
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Group management reporting pack
- Ensure Balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly
- Management of Fixed Assets investment process, including maintenance of fixed asset register
- Monitor and control Overhead expenditure via monthly cost centre reporting, ensuring SAP system structure is up to date and relevant
- Assist in annual audits, both UK and Group French audit
- Assist in the Annual stock-take process completed by the Production teams
- Collate annual statutory accounts, partnering with SLT members where required
- Drive improvement in SAP governance and process compliance
- Provide support to the Sales team to ensure minimum Group margin expectations are met, including tender creation
- Management of IPR Chassis import declarations
- Monitor all tax and regulatory compliance issues, including VAT, ONS returns
- Control of Employee expenses online claim portal
- Management of Finance assistants
- Support the company’s projects to upgrade from SAP bridge to SAP 4/HANA, group-wide rollout programme
