The Role

Working within our busy toolroom, you'll be responsible for machining precision components used for tooling and customer projects. Every day offers something different, with a variety of bespoke and small-batch work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision components.
  • Producing complex, low-volume parts to exacting quality standards.
  • Working from detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support tooling, fixtures and production requirements.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and safety.
  • Helping to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

  • At least two years' experience within a CNC machining environment.
  • Experience producing small batches of precision-engineered components.
  • The ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings.
