My client, a well-established and successful manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Account Manager to join their busy Customer Service/Internal Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B customer account management, ideally gained within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment. Key responsibilities include: - Account managing a portfolio of customer accounts and building strong client relationships. - Processing customer enquiries, quotations and purchase orders. - Liaising with planning, production, engineering and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries. - Providing regular updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery schedules. - Coordinating customer feedback, complaints and returns. - Working with ERP/CRM systems to ensure accurate order processing. - Supporting the Customer Services Manager and deputising when required.
