Our client, a leading European manufacturer of sustainable products, is looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join their team in Aylesford. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in their customer service and sales operations, contributing directly to the company’s continued growth and success.

Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and contractors. Your role is central to providing an excellent customer experience. You will manage incoming enquiries, process orders, and proactively engage with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for all customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Process customer orders accurately using the company’s ERP system.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding their orders and requirements.
  • Use CRM data to identify and target sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Support the external sales team with quotations and projects.
