About the role

Our client is a well-established construction materials delivery specialist, based in Kent. As an HGV Class 1 Brick Crane Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of construction materials to various sites nationwide. This tramping position involves operating self-offload crane vehicles, including artic cranes, drawbars, and extending trailers, with up to 4 nights out per week.

Responsibilities

  • Operate self-offload crane vehicles, including artic cranes, drawbars, and extending trailers, to deliver construction materials to sites across the UK
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally on-site

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 Licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card
  • 1 year of experience operating brick crane offload vehicles
  • ALLMI qualification preferred
  • No more than 6 penalty points on licence
  • Good knowledge of driving laws and regulations
