About the role
Our client is a well-established construction materials delivery specialist, based in Kent. As an HGV Class 1 Brick Crane Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of construction materials to various sites nationwide. This tramping position involves operating self-offload crane vehicles, including artic cranes, drawbars, and extending trailers, with up to 4 nights out per week.
Responsibilities
- Operate self-offload crane vehicles, including artic cranes, drawbars, and extending trailers, to deliver construction materials to sites across the UK
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally on-site
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 Licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card
- 1 year of experience operating brick crane offload vehicles
- ALLMI qualification preferred
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- Good knowledge of driving laws and regulations
