Starting Salary: Neg + Benefits + company vehicle + expenses + phone

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (must be flexible, hours often vary, and occasional overnight stays will be required)

Our client is an established supplier and service provider of advanced laser systems and is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support to their customer base across the region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable performance and longevity of advanced laser systems across a diverse customer base. This includes carrying out scheduled maintenance visits, responding to technical service requests, diagnosing/resolving faults, and delivering professional on-site support and training. You will work closely with the central service team to coordinate activities while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer sites to service and repair laser systems across a specified product range, as directed.
  • Install new systems and deliver customer training.
  • Confidently provide on-site training sessions.
  • Complete comprehensive and accurate Service Reports for each visit, following company procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with the customer service team and reporting manager.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings.
