KHR is working with a well-respected Chartered Insurance Broker looking to add an experienced Account Executive to their Commercial & Property Team. We’re seeking a driven, client-focused Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our commercial team. This flexible role, tailored to your experience, involves managing a varied portfolio of clients and actively developing new business.
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll handle larger, more complex cases, delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships. As an Account Executive, you’ll focus on client servicing and business development—growing mid-sized accounts and ensuring excellent support. You’ll have the opportunity to inherit warm accounts and also pursue proactive new business. The client base includes SMEs to large organizations, offering variety and opportunities to specialize in areas such as Property, Professional Indemnity, Technology, and Chartered Surveyors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Delivering tailored insurance solutions across sectors.
- Collaborating with colleagues and insurer partners.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in commercial insurance.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
