This role is ideal for someone with significant expertise in commercial conveyancing who is seeking a role within a progressive and client-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts contingent on planning approvals
  • Handling sales and acquisitions of property
  • Managing asset transactions, both sales and purchases
  • Overseeing overage agreements and option contracts
  • Facilitating commercial lending processes
  • Managing leases, including granting and assignment
  • Running day-to-day transactions independently while supporting the team with property development cases
  • Representing a range of clients, including developers, occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers
  • Expanding and enhancing the firm’s commercial client services

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or licensed conveyancer with substantial experience in commercial property law
  • Demonstrable expertise in handling complex and high-value property transactions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and excellent client care
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
