KHR is working with a well-respected Chartered Insurance Broker that is keen to add an experienced Account Executive to their Commercial Retail Team.

As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as their main contact. Your responsibilities include ensuring proper coverage, delivering top-tier service, and driving growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with commercial insurance clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
  2. Proactively engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and deliver bespoke solutions.
  3. Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and leveraging market insights.
  4. Oversee the renewal process for existing clients, negotiating with insurers to secure optimal terms.
  5. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including FCA regulations and Consumer Duty obligations.
  6. Collaborate with Account Handlers and team members to deliver seamless service and achieve collective goals.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience as an Account Executive within the commercial insurance sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting processes.
  3. Proficiency in using insurance platforms and client management systems.
  4. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client portfolios effectively.
  5. Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations, including FCA and Consumer Duty obligations.
